BAD SERVICE, ACCOUNT ON ITC

I had a very bad experience with MTN regarding my MTN contract, ITC has not been updated, my account is on +120 day whereas it is up today, this is affecting my credit profile badly, I have been trying to get hold of them for the past 3 months, being put thought from one agent to another who never understand my query. I have been advised to talk to the credit department that does not exist. I sent numerous emails too, no one is interested in my story ***, *** If you want to put your life on HOLD, get an MTN contract!
