BAD SERVICE

Been calling for two weeks now to unsuspend my number...Today I called again to follow up on my Query ,The Consultant told me the sim card is unblocked and active I must go to the branch to do a swim swam...Guess what I'm from there they couldn't assist the sim card is still blocked...They wasted my time,my petrol...This was the only time I can go to the branch as I'm knocking off late during the weeks and sometimes I'm working on weekends...

Please cancel my contract
