Bad service

Just had the worst ever service with mtn call center and the consultant still has a nerve of telling me how is he supposed to know when they are going to fix the problem where they have been telling that they will fix it within 24hrs for the past 6 days. They are sending me from pillar to post, then the one tells me the other one logged a wrong call, then it's their internal issues which I'm not interested in all I want is for the Sim card to work. They are happy to take my money for the service they never provided. Bunch of damn ******, very quick to take the money they never worked for. Sis. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Now I'm sitting with a none working sim card but the money is with them
