Bad service

Very disappointed with the service and misleading information I received from the Consultant who offered me upgrade on both my contracts and I stated I was unemployed and I need data to job hunt and I was offered airtime and told I can convert to data. Now I am told I cannot and amount due differs to the agreement. I want contract forfited with immediate effect. Router ***
