Bad service!!!

I have been struggling with connection whereas I have data and more R1000 airtime. I contacted the call center twice spoke to Luvo and Lebogang who didn't assist me at all.

I was told to buy a new mtn Sim card and call them for a Sim swap. At the point I am livid with mtn. The whatsapp line is useless as i couldn't get assistance either.
