bad service

Dear MTN South Africa

Your service is pathethic , i orderded a contract phone in december 2023.The delivered an incorrect phone and when i asked they said that is what i qualified for.

I took the phone back to the store because i did not want it. They gave me a certain number to call the customer centre to cancel the contract.

I spoke to some lady on their contact centre , and you have to wait over two hour in order to be assisted by the customer service agent. The lady did the cancellation and she told me it has been submitted .

MTN has the audacity to send me a bill for a phone that is in their possession . How can i pay for something that i do niot use???? I need everything on my side to get the phone cancelled .I need answers MTN before i take the legal route.You need to train your contact centre agents as well. Your overal service is soooooooooooooooo bad
