Bad service

I have a contract with mtn, I called them to complain about the new upgrade they gave to me which I don’t like. They transferred me to summer mobile and I was kept holding for 35 minutes. I tried calling mtn again and the consultant advise she can’t put me through. Can someone urgently help me here
