Bad service

After cancelling my 2 SIM contract with MTN 1 number is connected and another must be RICA'd, if MTN agents where competent enough to inform me accordingly I wouldn't be sitting with a line that is offline for 5days now. I have contacted customer care many times, I have spent money to go to MTN store, I reached to Twitter, i sent email to *** but still line is not connected. I wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone.
