BAD SERVICE

I have ordered a home wi-fi o ackage on the 4th may. In spite of the fact that I live in Pretoria the order was sent to Durban. The order has not been delivered and I had to pay R473.90 upfront as this is a month to month contract. I have been battling since the 10th May to get a refund. All I get is they are escalating my query to the relevent department and are waiting for feedback. I have spent R300 in airtime trying to speak to someone. 2g for emails and inbox messages. I am a pensioner and really desperate to get my money back. I am at my wit's end
