Bad service

I had a data contract with MTN and cancelled it after the contract ended to avoid the month to month billing, was not informed that there was an outstanding payment until I saw it on my credit bureau report, I settled the arrears back in August and request the paid-up letter and that the payment be updated with the credit bureau to date none of that has been done after sending countless emails to the retentions and complaints department.
