Bad service

Mtn has to do something about their customer care and support...i got a home router delivered to me and i was told that i would receive a contract with it but it never came?i plugged in my router and the sim is not activated?it is impossible to speak to a operator or technical support,i phoned three different numbers and did not come right....the coverage is good but what is the point if your customer service is the worst?
