Bad service

Rewardsco and MTN allowed ********** to upgrade into my profile without proper security check. I can guarantee POPi was not done. I have sent all the documents that was requested. Ever since last year December 2021 mtn has been telling me they busy with the investigation. Now MTN suspends services on my initial contract but my installment is been paid every month. They kept sending me sms advising me of amount outstanding. When i talk to an agent they become rude especial the agent i spoke with today just after 8am. I cannot wait to cancel my mtn contract. Their service is so bad..
