Bad service

I have a contract i pay twice my contract phone has been sent in because the speaker does not work..i got it back today after paying my own courier costs for delivery from Middelburg to Western Cape and it is not Repaired now tell me do i have to go this lenghts to stop my contract due to bad service?? Utterly dissapointed in Mtn
