Horrible customer service ever

I called their customer care center this morning and I experienced the most shocking and unprofessional service ever. I spoke to the consultants namely Zakhele, Nothuluthando and Nokwazi. None of them could neithet explain why my banking details was not updated as I requested nor why my service was suspend, instead they were rude and unprofessional. The couldn't even log a payment arrangements for me even though my account is arrears because of their company's incompetence. MTN your customer service is poor and you I suggest you constantly offer the customer service communication skills training to your consultants otherwise you will loose many loyal customers
