Bad service

What a ****py service received...been trying to get hold of your legal department for days and hours...I’m given the run around by both the attorneys and Mtn, I wanna settle my account but end up holding the line of hours...how does one provide good service if they hard to get hold of? Can someone please contact me, my reference is ***
