Bad service

Good morning

I'm deeply dissatisfied and disappointed in MTN westgate mall branch Mitchells plain. Not to long ago I extended my contract and I took the double deal (P40 lite) the consultant was friendly amongs the constant system issues..... 2weeks later I went to the Mtn in Ottery to find out way I haven't received my monthly data or airtime and they informed me that both phones were still hanging on the system (process wasn't finalized) and that I need to go back to MTN to sort out my phones. This was a huge inconvenience for me to travel with a new born baby I ended up going back and shorting this out..... The lady that halped me in the first place wasn't aware that the sale wasn't completed (this disgust me)........ I was never told about the 100 days that one cannl register and sign up for a free screen repair or replacement I have a cracked screen and MTN never sign my phones up!!!!! Nor told me about this!!!!! I'm deeply disappointed as a customer for the lack of information from MTN westgate mall CPT
