Bad Service

Good day I have had so many problems with MTN, my son had a package for data or something, he has passed away, and I have sent them his death certificate as well as his ID, he was in hospital and had no work and they still sending him emails requesting for him to pay.' I have been to the MTN in Galleria, and no help at all. They are of no help whatsoever.
