bad service!!!!

The worst service received every!!!! I upgraded my contract there was a R 300 voucher included. They send me from peter to post. I called they advice me to go to the nearest office even there worst service nothing was done I sent countless emails still nothing. I add this on the 13/06/2024 still no assistance
