Bad service

MTN Mondo your service is lacking. This is the second time that I am applying for an iPhone, and having issues. I called this morning to find out what the delay is on the delivery. The Lady told me it's due to stock. Once again. The previous time same issue. The 5 Min later, I received a call from MTN, saying that my ID verification failed, but via the link on sms it went through. What's the problem? Can you guys not sort out your work. I have 2 contracts with MTN already, and never had this problem before
