Bad service

I have an account which was sent to legal because of none payment last year and this was merely because things were not going well financially- COVID. I then tried to rectify this by making full payment of what I was owing in April but my account is still not cleared , they don’t respond to emails , don’t pick up calls and when I go in store no one seems to help even the store managers in Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg. I am tired of trying to follow up on this .
