Bad service

I received a call from this number *** and girl can't say a lady cause ladies don't behave the way she did. She was forcing me to accept a contract that I will be paying for, telling me that I buy extra airtime. I am very disappointed at MTN sales cause the person was very rude. And this is not the first time. MTN outsource for sales and the people that are selling their products are lying to make sales. I was contacted around August for a data Sim card which I took and I advised the person that I don't want data that is packaged for day data, internet browsing and night data, I want data that I will use all day. But only to my supprise it has different packages and when I call direct customer service they give me the run around, no one has assisted me. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MTN
