Bad service

MTN over 5 years you took each month money from me for insurance. I phoned you to cancel the insurance 5 years ago. It didn't show on my Id search, because you had my id wrong on the insurance. So you didn't cancel it. Now you don't want to refund me. I don' have any proof after all these years. I'ts ok. You can keep my money, but I promise you now. I will tell my story on social media and for everybody I meet. I will also cancel my contract's as soon as posible. One of which you have changed without my permision while doing my daughter upgrade. Over the years I looked past all the trouble I had with you. This is the end. Over the next three years you will use all my contracts. I'm gone. The money I've lost was your fauld and you know it.
