Bad service

I bought R50 worth of airtime which didn't reflect on my balance, I called to get assistance and all I got told was to wait for it to reflect but it didn't and I wasn't refunded. Poor reception and zero assistance from the call center agents. Their service is bad they need to improve because I have been a loyal customer for years, there needs to be change #BlackFriday
