Bad service

I have laid a complain and never got any respond or assistance from anyone who works at mtn ...I can't say I will port my number since I love this number and have been using it for quite a while however I can't pay for a service that I did not use ..Mtn pls equip your cse with proper induction and training to keep your existing and new New clients ...I will still wait for someone to call me and hear what I'm complaining about. Thank you
