BAD SERVICE
spoke to a consultant at MTN(808 business unit) in February to cancel my contract *** as it expires in April, he advised that he will cancel it but march will be my notice month, march the full debit order of r1000.00 went off for both contract as it was my notice period, but yesterday 20/04/15 the full debit order went off again<br> <br> this is unacceptable as now my contract should have been terminated and cancel, im going to reverse the debit order for the full amount and would like a manager or team leader to call me regarding this bad service as I wont pay for two contract when the one should have been cancelled this month already<br> <br> this needs to be sorted out today and someone to call me *** to rectify the problem!!!!!

The debit order goes off a month in arrears for your account, the debit order that went through on the 20th of April is for the invoice dated 2015-03-20.
