Bad service

I have recently take up a contract with Mtn, I’m trying to port my number to be my contract number but I’ve been told told dial 135 and when I do there’s no option for porting. Who can assist me with this service it’s been 2 weeks now…I regret taking this contract because even the network it self is poor in my area.
