Bad service

As I am writing this review, I'm been put on hold for the past 17 minutes, I have done upgrade and never got the device. I trying to cancel the contract for the past month, and I have been put from pillar to post. I do not understand how am I getting debited for a device I don't even have. This device in question has been returned to the warehouse. Please help.
