Bad Service
I have always been a faithful customer to MTN but I am very disappointed.<br> <br> Firstly you advertise a Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 which I went in and ordered nearly a week and a half ago only to be told on the Thursday 9th March that there were non readily available but they would get back to me about when I could get one, However despite the best efforts of my favourite MTN store Knowles Pinetown, no one has got back to them regarding when I can get it and as such I still have no idea, if you cannot supply don't advertise and I will go else where.<br> <br> I have also been harassed by messages and phone calls regarding a free LTE sim card to upgrade mine however despite being told it would be delivered last Friday 10/03 and then again Saturday 11/03 I have yet to receive it. Again if you are not going to supply things don't harass people and promise things you will not follow through on.<br> <br> I have been a really faithfull customer for many years and steer anyone who will listen to MTN and in particular MTN Knowles however this is seriously leading to me having doubts.<br> <br> Please revert with a solution asap.

Please accept our apologies for the difficulty that you have endured in trying to obtain stock of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2.
Please be advised that our records show that you will be entitled for an upgrade on the 23rd of August 2015. The sales department currently have stock of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 and should you wish to take out an additional line, you may contact them on *** which is a free call from an MTN number.
I have also checked with the courier company and they have advised that the free LTE sim card was delivered on the 11th of April 2015.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
