bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MTN is making my life a living hell. I have a settled account with them which was done in June. Since then, I have been calling and emailing them to remove my name from their system. Their consultants are uninformed and transfer me from pillar to post and the issue still has not been resolved!!!...My credit score is very low because of this!
