Bad service

The most pathetic service I've ever experienced. When I want to upgrade I was told that I'm only credit worthy for R325 but my contract was R450 a month. I started with MTN about 30 years ago now all of a sudden this nonsense. Then I want to make my SIM card pay as you go. I'm still battling to get that sorted 🙈😡😡😡
