Bad Service

Still awaiting feedback and help from them for a mistake they made from there side by sending me the wrong handset and have had no joy from them. I am still sitting without a phone after a month and no one is interested in helping me or doing there job instead they just keep passing the buck onto someone else. Ive done my part by sending the incorrect handset back to them which they have but refuse to help me and sort out the issue and do there part.

Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else
