Bad service

Good day i took out a mtn contract abouth a year ago at mtn on arrival of my package it was not what i have ordered and tried on so many times to sort it out, the very same day that i have received it i went to the mtn branch in zeerust i did could not assist me on many occasions i tried phoneing head office and was told that they arrange collection, i even went to jhb mall of the south and was told that i must go back to zeerust branch, they now handed me over to the legal department and made my name ass. I really do not understand how they could do this as i on so many occasions tried on my side to resolved it, i did however went back to the zeerust branch on the 22/05/2024 and still got no help. This is really just bad service all together i want to give them a 0 rating
