Bad service

On the 06 April 2021 ,I noticed a deduction on my airtime balance immediately investigated and found out it was a subscription from Appzworld ,of which I knew nothing about ,I took prompt steps to deactivate which was successful and I also wanted to be reimbursed and was told to wait for 24hrs ,so since I did not receive a positive balance and also told to wait before recharging, I then called again today 08 April 2021 ,I have never been made to feel so stupid and belittled by the call center agent RUDE RUDE RUDE ,she's even insinuating that I subscribed voluntarily ......
