BAD SERVICE !!!!!

I have never had such bad service from a service provider, went into the East Rand Mall store about a month ago to upgrade my data contract, sorry we cannot help you, you have to phone the call center as your account is still on the old system, called the call center, response: the store has to help you but don't worry we will get someone to call you back, still waiting. Wanted to upgrade one of my telephone contracts, sorry we cannot help you, you have to call the call center, I didn't bother as the service from the call center was no service. Went into the East Rand Mall store again to cancel one of my contacts, sorry we cannot help you, you are still on the old system, you have to call the call center. How do you cancel a contract on a Saturday when the call center is not working? MTN your service is pathetic !!!
