Bad service

I am in Denny dalton “ kwa-goje area” we have not had any network since Sunday and I have tried calling and was given a reference number on Wednesday Smc-*** when I call and the lady said she has logged it with the technicians as she confirmed that there was no network, but today when I call , the lady said she cannot find the reference number. Our data is expiring , we can’t make calls , what service is this ? All other providers have connection just us Mtn users that are suffering. I spoke to bongekile vidah motloung….
