Bad service

Bad service from MTN SA. I am unable to connect to the internet via mobile data, all I have been receiving from MTN is to remove my Sim card, wait for few minutes and insert it since last night. Decided to visit Randfontein branch this afternoon but unfortunately I was send back to the call center.
