Bad service

I went on the 27/04/2024 to the istore to upgrade my contract, they have now reviewed my account stating I do not have enough credit, I am such a long standing Customer with MTN and this is the service I get, I called MTN on the 29/4/2024 at 16.11 and a lady by the name of Tsepo answered my call, after explaining what the issue is she tells me to hold on and then drops the call, no decency in calling me back, if this is the case, then I will cancel all my contracts and go to another network that can assist me, as we know that business is tough out there
