Bad service
I renewed my Cell phone contract at Nashua mobile before the company closed down and gave back the contracts to the incriped service providers. My monthly installment was R685 and i upgraded to a lower contract in September 2015. Nashua said that my new installment of R400 would go off 1 December 2014. The R685 is still being debited from my account and when i went to MTN on 24/01/2015, they said that they would return to me by latest 27/01/2015. I have not heard anything from the service proveder yet and my account will once again be debited with the faulty amount.

13 Feb 2015, 11:09Hello joann1055,
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.
We see that the debit order amount from the time the account was transferred over from Nashua Mobile was R685.00. The billing query that was logged on the 27th of January 2015 was closed with comments stating the subscription fee being debited was the subscription fee on the account from the time the migration was done over to MTN.
We have now submitted your request to the Nashua Mobile helpdesk that assists with issues prior to the migration over to MTN.
We will touch base with you as soon as we get feedback.
Regards
Tim
