Bad service

I took a contract with mtn 2 weeks ago online. My sim card was delivered last week Thursday 25th June 2020. I was told it will be activated within 24hrs.i then waited for 24hrs then nothing, I then went to the store. Only then I was told I have to activate it and since it's Saturday I must wait for Monday. On Monday I called and was assisted then told it takes 2 to 24 hrs. 24 hrs passed still the sim card is not working. I then went to Senekal mtn store on the 30th June 2020 for assistance but that lady took out my sim card and put it back and said it's OK, she didn't even ask for sim card number. The sim card was still not working. I then called again and I was told to wait 72 hours as the sim card has network error. My Ref number is ***
