Bad service

On the 12 of Dec I bought a router from MTN and was helped by Thabiso Komane. The payment has been done. Ref: MTNPC-185084HQF***5\MTNAP140646 was given to. On the day the deliver the package via DSV couriers their finger print scanner don't pickup my finger print. The courier guy left and sins then I tried noumirous time to get hold of MTN with no success, This is month to month contract and I already paid for the system, and for the record I am an old client of them with contract phones. I got all the paperwork where paid and where I tried to comunicate with then.
