Bad service
I took a contract from MTN that will come with a subscription of Disney+ for 6month and a takelot voucher of R250, as to as yet I did not receive the voucher for takealot. I am currently holding on the line no one is able to assist me I have been holding for an 1 hour transferred from agent to agent ..Mtn doesn't care about its customers truly..

03 Jan 2024, 16:30And I am still been transferred from agent to agent the last person I spoke to is Nqobile from Mtn direct she didn't even to listen to me she just transferred me...IL won't be bothering MtN but note Mtn Service is horrible...
