Bad service

Oh my word where do I start.... I've app**** for a wifi router some time ago and now im battling to get that canceled. I've now gone and asked yesterday to cancel my phone contract and guess what, that have been done instantly, i've asked to keep my numbers and go over to prepaid but nothing works. The data that have been bought for the numbers doesnt even work.

WHAT IS HAPPENING MTN???
