Bad service

On the 29th of July 2022 . I loaded airtime on wrong number from capitec . I called and spoke to Nthabiseng she told me her superior said i will never be able to get help because they cannot see transactions from capitec. I made mistake by only 1 number..i asked her how about i sent my statement and she told me NOO and refuse to give me chance to speak to teamleader..please help wrong number *** and its on vm.. right number ***
