Bad service

1st of May i went to MTN jubilee Mall apply for home router was assist by Malesela i got approved he said he will call me as now they don't have stock ,weeks passed i went to store on the 18 they told me stock coming in on Monday so i went to store after work around 5:50 store was closed i wrote the store phone numbers the on 21 i call them explain to the other guy i cant recall his name to me they close at 5 as i wont be able to come during the week i can come on weekend..Then i went there on 24 to collect as arranged but wen i get there no stock they will receive on Monday,i explain to them its almost 3weeks waiting for that.Malesela the way he did he only prioritize target of opening new contract he doesn't care about customers satisfaction had to cancel the contract ...true speaki ng online application for my cellphone i didn't struggle store purchase Bad service almost whole month waiting .Malesela must improve his customer as much he does on opening new contract.
