bad service

I upgraded in March and my contract was became R256.00 debi check for R256.00 was sent to me and i approved . i just noticed that MTN is debiting R256.00 and R93.00 i went to a store and i wasnt given answers . i then call 135 I spoke to glory Motaung who also couldnt assist I then requested for call recordings she couldnt assist infact she was very rude to me shouting at me .

please MTN listen to the recordings and and fix my contract . if my contract is R349 why would you send a debi check for R256.00 ?
