Bad service
I asked the lady from my workplace to cancel my contract, I received an sms saying that my number will be disconnected from the mtn services. I quickly alerted her and she gave me a form filled in and told me I need to go to any MTN store so they can keep my number but have it as prepaid. I went to the MTN store at Eastgate mall and I explained to the consultant and she said to me there is no way the number will be disconnected. To my surprise I woke up yesterday morning to my number being disconnected
