Bad service

I lodged a claim and agreed on the device which is Note 10 lite with an 8 gig RAM(memory) and Dual sim. A note 10 lite single sim and 6 gig Ram was delivered to me, no where I could see that specs are wrong that i had to open the device. I called them to correct the error they made but they seem not interested because they say I opened the box.we shall be careful doing business with this once.
