BAD SERVICE !!!

I had a 24 month contract with MTN and ended in February 2022, however MTN still has not terminated and moved my plan to some month to month contract without my consent . Till now they are still debiting my account and I have not been using their sim since the contract ended in February I tried to get assistance from them , for months and failed . It’s really frustrating , and I don’t understand how and why I must pay for a sim I no longer use, surely they can trace the data usage on their systems.
