BAD SERVICE

We are still waiting on feedback regarding our query. Have on numerous platforms tried to sort out our problem, but no one gets back. Only sms s advising us that the query has been resolved and that we made a payment arrangement. Like to know who made this arrangement as payment was made every month, plus proof of payment has been sent twice. What should we still have to do to have our query resolved?????
