Bad Service

I app**** for a contact with MTN, apparently the couriers got high jacked on the way to deliver my device. I have had no word from MTN and today when I call them they tell me my order has been cancellled. So one bothered to inform me of progress and yet I am waiting for delivery of my device meanwhile they canceled my contact without the decency of informing me its canceled and the reason for the cancelation. If I hadn't called I would have waited for the whole month for something g that's not even coming.
